How is this different than TravelJoy Pro?

TravelJoy Premium is an advanced plan built for advisors running complex operations: those managing large pipelines, working with assistants, or needing more control and flexibility across their business.

Premium includes additional features like our new Zapier integration, dedicated support and training, email marketing campaigns, SMS messaging, and integrated cruise bookings with your own credentials.

Will my Premium membership include my team members?

Your Premium membership includes two complimentary Pro team member accounts and one Pro assistant account. These accounts are included in the price of your Premium membership.

Additional team members beyond these complimentary accounts will be charged as normal. If additional team members require Premium features, they can be upgraded to Premium or purchase feature-specific add-ons as needed. If their membership is paid by their team owner, the team owner will need to contact us to upgrade them. If they pay for their own membership, they can upgrade themselves. Is there a free trial of Premium?

We don’t offer a free trial of TravelJoy Premium at this time. If you’d like to explore whether Premium is the right fit for your business, our team is happy to walk you through the features in detail and answer any questions you have.

Can I add specific Premium features to my Pro account?

Only need one or two Premium features? You can add individual items as needed for an additional cost on top of your Pro membership. We currently allow Pro members to add 10x Copilot usage, Zapier integration, SMS texting , and integrated cruise booking as needed.   View all add-ons →
